The A&P Patient Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for the patient. It is through this rapport that we are able to deliver value to our patients and referral sources. We strive to become a resource to everyone involved in your care and make every step of the efficient, easy, and transparent.

  1. A dedicated Patient Care Coordinator will be assigned to your account and will communicate with the patient, family, or caregiver.
  2. Orders are processed and supplies are drop shipped.
  3. Patient, Family, or Caregivers are able to track their shipment.

We have emergency on-call services 24/7 to ensure quick response and resolutions to questions or equipment troubleshooting.
